Common questions

I bought No Ads on another device or reinstalled the game. Open Settings or the Shop and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.

A purchase did not arrive. Close and reopen the game while online; pending purchases are delivered at launch. If it is still missing, email us with the date and the item.

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Ads and tracking. You can change the tracking permission any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Rewarded videos are always optional.

Progress. Your progress is saved on your device only. Deleting the app deletes your progress.
