Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Qafila mobile game ("the app"), published by Yaser Alqaisi ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
1. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or exploit the app, except where the law allows it.
2. Virtual items and purchases
- Coins, hearts, boosters, unlimited-hearts time and speed time are virtual items with no real-money value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
- Coins do not expire. Timed items (such as 1 hour of unlimited hearts) start when you get them and run in real time.
- "No Ads + 2.5× Speed" removes interstitial (forced) ads and keeps the 2.5× speed on. Optional rewarded videos you choose to watch remain available.
- Purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Progress is stored on your device. If you delete the app, virtual items you have not used are lost; "No Ads" can be restored with Restore Purchases.
3. Ads
The app is free and shows ads from third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to. See the Privacy Policy for how ads use data.
4. Fair play
Do not cheat, use modified versions of the app, or interfere with its services. We may change game balance, levels, prices in coins and features at any time to improve the game.
5. Content
The app, its art, levels, code and name belong to us or our licensors (including open licences such as CC0 3D models and the SIL Open Font License font Lilita One).
6. No warranty, limited liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items caused by device problems or deleting the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
7. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may stop offering the app or parts of it.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without affecting mandatory consumer rights where you live.
